HC Engineering has successfully completed numerous contracts, for various customers over the last 25 years. These contracts have included large multi-million pound Civil Engineering projects, medium size commercial and domestic building projects and small maintenance contracts.

Significant contacts completed in recent years include 86ft diameter antenna and 120ft diameter radome structures, with all associated electrical and mechanical services.

Within the HC Engineering Group we have a fleet of Road Haulage vehicles which are available for pickup, collection and delivery of goods across the UK and Europe.

All contracts that are carried out by any member of the HC Engineering Group, for whichever customers, are considered to be of equal importance, and the same amount of effort is put into their completion, on time and to the required specifications.

Contracts can be taken from initial concept, through site investigation, if required, then to agreed design and full ‘on site’ construction or installation.

A sample of the types of contracts carried out, and services provided, are as follows:

1. Antenna and radome support structure installation, with full Design and Construct facilities, including ‘in house’ Electrical Installations.
   

2. Traditional buildings together with the Fabrication and Installation of Steelwork frame buildings with Cladding complete with all utilities.
   

3. Fabrication of Steelwork fencing items, with full installation service for all types of Fencing.
   

4. All types of Building, Civil Engineering, Roadworks and Car Parks incl. drainage, sub-base and surfacing.
   

5. All domestic and commercial electrical, heating and plumbing installations including design if required.
   

6. Full Civil and Structural Engineering Design facilities are available.

All Electrical Installations are carried out, tested and certified, to IEE Regulations 17th Edition BS7671:2008, incl. Fire and Security alarms. HC Engineering is a member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors. HC Engineering also carries full membership of the Gas Safe register (formerly CORGI registered) for gas installations and OFTEC for oil installations, boilers and oil tanks. All HC Engineering technicians are fully qualified, including Gas Safe certified, defence estates SRP01 and SRP03 level.

Invoices for any works carried out, are usually prepared to a mutually agreed ‘Milestone Payment Schedule’ and then paid in either UK £ or US $, to suit the Customers requirements.
